Dear John:

It was wonderful to have an Opportunity to be with
you last evening. and I am grateful for the time

you expended and the trouble you went to in sharing
your talents with me. For me the meeting was most
productive as the problems we faced were tossed
around and consensus reached.

I am enclosing a copy of a letter which was the one
to which I referred a moment ago. although it did
not come from a Deputy Tax Collector as I
suggested to you. This is background information
for you and I suggest you tear up the copy just as
soon as you have absorbed it.

My schedule indicates that Friday, lbruary 20th.
or Friday. February 27th. would be the best for me
to be in Clearwater. If you can confirm one of
these dates in the near future it would be of great
help to me in my own scheduling.

Even at 2:30 last evening when I told Julia about
the prospect of our being with you. she was
sufficiently conscious to express her pleasure.in
anticipation.
