I have a copy of a letter dated August 2nd from Sam Klein to you
which I think is self-explanatory. I would like to clarify the fact
that I did not request Mt. Klein to apply for a iob, but he applied
to me and l, in turn, requested him to contact you direct.

i would suggest that you check with Warren Cam and the Advisory
Committee from the county, which I undentmd will probably be
appointed some time in the near future, as to Mr. Klein's record.
Also, at that time I think the matter of the endorsement of the local
liquor dealets can be clarified. Some of these people have talked

to me about this.
