considered by many as probably one of the most out-
standing attorneys in that part of the country. He

knows of you and I think he has met you but it is

very important that you and he become closely acquainted.
I will go into this with you when I see you.

I told Winton that you and I may have a little bit of
difference of opinion as to who to hit on the financial
set-up. Now. we don't want anything to boomerang on us.
