The warlth I felt by our greeting
today at the openi oerenoniee of the Broad Street
viaduct, pro-pts th letter.
During {our oaepaign for Governor there
were two reasons that wished you governor of lorida.
One was that I admired and liked your late father Cecil
Bryant and too of course I knew you and your fanily. The
other was that I believed you to be a good lawyer and on
top of that, with the experienoe you gained while working
in your late father's accountant office, I felt that no
one could present dollare and cents figures to you with-
out you truly knowing what they stood for.
This being your background I truly hoped
that you would hare been able to control the ever eounting
taxes in Florida.
