As Governor of the State of Florida. it is always a,
pleasure [or me to be able to commend those who have made a positive
contributimx lo the economic growth and dynarnic expansion of our State.

Such an organization is General Development Corporation
who has established three outstanding communities in Florida Port
Charlotte, Port Malabar and Port St. Lucie. The growth of these com-
muuities has been as renurkable as the coutlnuing growth of Florida
itself.

Over 20, 000 citizens of Florida today have already
settled in Our State because of General Development and many more

will be joining these people in the near future due to the anode of this
fine corporation.
