it effective on and after J l; 1, 1951. I an aura
this in because of the aorivdnar'a error end it ia
boinb corrected in the Senate.
It has also been ""oatgd that the bill should
not be and. effective an the commencement October 1.
1955 when the nor fiscal year of the counties eon-
nencee, there being no oreaent iteaa in the budget.
Pleaaa adviaa me if it neat. with your approval
to change the effective date of the bill to October 1,
1953.
