Rouse of Representatives
Tallahassee, Florida

Re: Senate 8111 lo. 242
Dear Farris:

The Senate has passed Senate Bill No. 242 which I intro-
duced, providing for a filinq fee of 810.00 to be paid
upon the filing of application for restoration of driver's
license, the proceeds to ca to the General Fund.

The purpose of this Bill was to require that the parties
making the employment of added personnel neCeasary carry

a part of the expense of the State law of handling applica-
tions for restoration.

Your interest will be appreciated.

Yours sincerely,

ow.
