We are still hawing problem. with the Internal Revenue
Department regarding qualifying the One Thousand

(Si 000. 00) Dollar donation which we made in J une of
1963.

Our contribution was made to "Florida Program for
Cold War Education". The agent that has audited our
return in Mr. Cherie: Howard of the Tampa office. He
sayc that he cannot correlate the agency to whom we

made our check. with the institution {or American
Strategy Florida Program.

it would be greatly appreciated if you would antst us
again in this matter. I believe if you would call Mr.
Ward Holland of the Jacksonville ofce internal Revenue
Department and explain to him the circumstances and
ask him to call Mr. Howard of the Tampa office every-
thing will be clear as it should be.

I Appreciate your alliltance in the pact and in this matter

and am hopeful that this procedure will finally solve our
problem.
