Governor Farris Bryant
Tallahassee. Florida full".{j,';:._-u:

Dear Governor Bryant:

As your term of office draws to its close, I wish to take this occasion
to congratulate you on what history will record as one of our most
effective and successful terms of office ever served by a Florida governor.

This was a most trying and difficult period of history, and a lesser man
could have led Florida along dark and unsuccessful paths. We in Florida
are indeed fortunate that you were our Chief Executive during this period.

I also want to express my personal thanks for your allowing me to serve

as a member of The Judicial Council of Florida. This has been a rich and
rewarding experience, and I feel much has been accomplished and the
groundwork laid for many future successes. I have been invited to attend
the Citizens Conference on Floridas Judicial System. and feel much will be
accomplished there.

In closing, let me wish you every success in your new association with a
Jacksonville law firm. The Hernando County Aviation Authority, which I
serve as Executive-Secretary is preparing a $100, 000.00 issue with Watson
as our bond attorney.

If you ever have occasion to call on me whenever yOu feel I may be of

service, please do so.

Very truly yours ,
