ST. AUGUSTINE. FLORIDA

December I, 1964

Honorable Farris Bryant
Governor of Florida

The Capitol
Tallahassee. Florida

Dear Farris:

This short note is just to let you know how
much I appreciate your coming to St. Augustine on Monday,

November 23 for the cornerstone laying of our Florida
State Exhibition Building.

Had it not been for the interest you took
in our program this building would not be possible. I
am sure all the citizens in St. Augustine are deeply
appreciative.

A personal word: I cannot adequately say to
you how much I appreciate what you had to say to me. I
shall always remember you as one of Florida's ablest
governors. You have done a fine Job, one that in my
opinion has not been excelled.

Hith kindest personal regards, I an,

Sincerely,

Herber t E Wolfe
