June 24,

1964

Hon. Farris Bryant
Governor

State of Florida
Tallahassee, Florida

Dear Governor Bryant:

On June 12, 1963 Citizens Bank loaned Mt. Vernon
Restaurants, Inc. $7,500.00, repayable monthly over a period
of 36 months. This note is secured by a chattel mortgage on
the fixtures in the Mt. Vernon Restaurant here in Titusville.

Nine payments have been made on this note, leaving a
balance of $5,947.70. The last principal payment was made in
March, 1964 and the note has been extended by payment of
interest for the months of April and May. Mr. Crump has
requested another months extension through the payment of
interest. but if the Corporation cannot continue to meet the
regular payments of $228.17. we must request the immediate
payment of the balance of this note.

I am sure that you will understand our Bank's position in
this matter.

Yours very truly,

gm?-

George A. Morgan
