Dear Farris:

I have your good letter of May 7 relative to your
appearing before the Cowmittee on the Judiciary on the morning
of May 27. The hearing will commence at 10:00 a.m. in Room
366, Cannon House Office Building. You are presently scheduled
to appear as the third witness between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. 1
am advising each member of our Delegation about the time of
your appearance. If you care to do so, I will be glad to have you
come by my office a few minutes prior to the time that you are

expected to appear. I will suggest to the Delegation that they
assemble at the Judiciary Committee room.
