Dear Ferris :
We enjoyed talking with you this morning and I feel that
the arrangements agreed upon will be etuisreotory to all
of us. I will keep a close watch of the progress of the
work and we can iron out points concerning the index with
you after the first volume is done.
Please remember to look up the two issues of the Reonanic
leaflets that I mentioned. One on the resources of Putnen
County and the other on the resources of Osceola County. Both
were done by Dr. Deittrich, head of the go phy department
here. If you don't locate them in your £11 let me know and
I will try and get extm copies tron the Bureau. I think
their content will be alonr, the lines of nhat you have in
mind.
I got confueed as to the Friday that we were to get together
with you on complet'ion of the first volume. If it ie agreeable
with your schedule, we would like to meet with you in your
office at 2 P.II., Ziggy, MM. Bob Kelsey mt: to
have until that date so that he can get into the swing. He
wants to finish the five volumes not later than September
17th. We will use the 3" x 5' cards since they are much easier
to file and index later.
Hope you can develop the pamphlet idea further. I personally
believe that you can get a good deal of material into such a
publication that you'll never have time to cover in public
appearances, udvertieenente, and television and radio Appear-
emcee.
Will look forward to seeing you in your office on the after-
