Dear Mrs. Himelright:

I have reviewed the complete file on your case, including
the photostatic copies of correspondence which you
included with your letter of December 1n, 196k.

Your difficulties with Mackle Brothers are or a contractual
nature and usuld be within the Jurisdiction of the civil
courts or this state. Under Florida law, the Governor
would have no Jurisdiction over matters or this type and
could not preperly be of assistance to you. It would
appear that you are in need of legal counsel as he could
best advise you of your rights and remedies under such
circumstances as may prevail at the time.

Sincerely,
I d
