IN INSECT CONTROL CAMPAIGN.
Vacancies exist for two team leaders
in the Insect Control Campaign which
will commence in January 1955 or as
soon thereafter as practicable.
Each team leader will be in charge of
a unit of the campaign and will carry
out his duties under the direction of
the Campaign Supervisor. He will be
required to work in any part of St.
Vincent or the St. Vincent Grenadines.

EXCHANGE CONTROL: BANK OF
ENGLAND. NOTES.
It is hereby notified for general infor-
mation that from 30th September, 1954,
Bank of England notes of 10 upwards
and Bank of England notes of 5 dated
prior to the 2nd September, 1944 all of
which have ceased to be legal tender
(but have remained payable on present-
ation at the Bank of England) may be
sent by post from any territory to a
banker in the United Kingdom for
collection. None of these notes has a
metallic thread such as appears in cur-
rent 5 notes.
Notes should be despatched at the
risk of the owner to the usual banking
correspondents in the United Kingdom
of the owner or of the owner's local
bank. Authorised Banks are being
given authority to credit the proceeds
of notes forwarded from outside the
Scheduled Territories to the type of
account appropriate to the country of
the remitter.
The position of all other Bank of
England notes remains unchanged.

(Gazetted 30th November, 1954).
1. Short title. These Regulations may be cited as the Magisterial
Districts (Delineation) Regulations, 1954.
2. Limits of First District. The First Magisterial District shall
hereafter consist of that part of St. George's Parish which lies to the West of the
Great Head or Warrawarrou River, and the Parishes of St. Andrew, St. Patrick and
St. David.
3. Limits of Second District. The Second Magisterial District shall
consist of the whole Island of Saint Vincent exclusive of that portion thereof
mentioned in the preceding Regulation which comprises the First District.
4. Limits of Third District. The Third Magisterial District shall consist
of all the Grenadine Islands included in the Government of Saint Vincent.
5. Revocation. The Police Districts Delineation Order in Council made
by the Governor in Council on the 8th day of October, 1903, as amended by Order
in Council dated the 9th day of October, 1934, and the Boundaries of Magisterial
Districts (Amendment) Regulations, 1946, (SR. & O. 1946, No. 29) is hereby
revoked.

(Chapter 12 of the Revised Edition of the Laws of Saint Vincent) this 5th day of
November, 1954.

KINGSTOWN BOARD (GOVERNMENT AND CONTROL
OF THE TOWN) (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS.
(Gazetted 30th November, 1954.)
1. Short title. These By-Laws may be cited as the Kingstown Board
(Government and Control of the Town) (Amendment) By-Laws, 1954, and shall
be read as one with the Kingstown Board (Government and Control of the Town)
By-Laws, 1941,. (S. R. & 0. 1941, No. 13) (hereinafter referred to as the principal
By-Laws) and all amendments thereto.
2. Addition of Section after Section 4 of principal By-Laws.
The following Section shall be added after Section 4 of the principal By-Laws :-
4A. No person shall take up any position or stand along any street or
side-walk, or under any public gallery, in Kingstown, for the purpose of
disposing of any goods, produce or merchandise of any kind without first
obtaining the permission of the Board."
3. Commencement. These By-Laws shall be deemed to have come into
operation on the 1st December, 1954.
Made by the Kingstown Board under Section 74 of the Kingstown Board
Ordinance, Cap. 209, this 27th day of August, 1954.

POST OFFICE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS.

1. Short title. These Regulations may be cited as the Post Office
(Amendment) Regulations, 1954, and shall be read as one with the Post Office
Regulations, 1938, (hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations) and all
amendments thereto.
2. Table B to the principal Regulations amplified. Table B to the
principal Regulations, as revoked and replaced by section 2 of the post Office
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1952 (S.R. & 0. 1952 No. 101), is hereby amplified
by the provision of a second class Air Mail rate in respect of the following
destinations as set out below :--
