AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES ORDINANCE, 1952.
NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the
Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952, notice is hereby given that subject
to the consideration of any objections which may be received by h.mn pursuant
to this Notice, the Governor proposes under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
said Ordinance to make an Order in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.
Any person who objects to the making of such Order is hereby invited
to give notice in writing of his objection and of the grounds on which he relies
in support thereof, to the Secretary to the Cabinet at the Premier's Office in
Kingstown, on or before the 23rd day of June, 1973.

1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Cotton Protection (Close
Season) Order, 1973.
2. Close Season. The period beginning on the 1st day of May, 1973, and
ending on the 15th day of August, 1973, for the Island of Saint Vincent, and
the period beginning on the 15th day of April, 1973, and ending on the 30th
day of June, 1973, for the Saint Vincent Grenadines shall be the Close Season
within the meaning of the Cottop Protection Ordinance, (Cap. 37).
