OPENING OF A NEW SESSION
The first meeting of the New Session of the House of Assembly will be
held at the Assembly Chamber,on Thirsday, 4th May, 1972,at 10.00 a.m..when
His Excellency the Governor, will deliver the Speech from the Throne and
formally open the New Session.
A cordial invitation is extended :to the general public'to attend, subject
to the following arrangements -for seating and standing accommodation.',
The General Public is hereby notified that approximately 300' chairs will
be available in the Assembly Chamni er proper for accommodation of Members
of the Kingstown Town Board, th6 Chairmen of the Small Town Boards and
Village Councils, Senior Civil Servdits, the Clergy, other persons prominent
in the life of the community,, And the general public. Special seating accommo-
dation will be arranged, for the' ives of Members of the House.
Unfortuiiately, there will only b'e limited standing space available.
