PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD OF APPEALS (NOTIFICATION)
REGULATIONS.


1. (a) -These Regulations may be cited as the Public Ser- Short title.

(2) No appeal against a. decision to which this Regula-
tion applies shall be entertained, unless it is re-
ceived by the Board within fourteen days from the
date upon which these Regulations are Published
in the Gazette.

'THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS,
1970.

(Gazetted 21st May, 1970.)

Made by the Public Service Conmmission, under the provisions of Section 77
of the Constitution set out in the Schedule to the Saint Vincent Constitution
Order, 1969.

1. Short title. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service
Commission (Amendment) Regulations, 1970, and shall be read as one with
the Public Service' Commission Regulations 1969 (hereinafter referred to as
the principal Regulations) and all amendments thereto.

2. Regulation 56 of Principal Regulations Amended. Regulation 56 of
the principal Regulations is hereby amended by deleting the full stop at the
end thereof and inserting the following:-
Provided that where the decision in respect of which the appeal
lies is that the officer be dismissed, the officer shall cease to perform
his duties on being notified of the decision and shall receive half-salary
pending the determination of the appeal; or if no appeal against the
decision is lodged, pending the expiry of the time within which it
is specified that an appeal must be lodged.

of the Constitution of Saint Vincent, this 21st day of May, 1970.
