The Honourable J. L. EUSTACE, Minister for Education and Health, left
St. Vincent on Monday 27th April, 1970 for Barbados on Official duties.

APPOINTMENT
Consequent on the absence from the State of the Honourable J. L. EUSTACE,
Minister for Education and Health the Honourable R. MILTON CATO, Premier/
Minister of Finance has been appointed to act as Minister for Education and
Health in conjunction with his substantive duties with effect from 27th April,
1970 and until further notice.
