CENSUS NOTICE
In accordance with Section 3 (3) of The Census Regulations, S.R. & 0. No. 2
of 1970, the following detailed descriptions of the Enumeration Districts of
the State of St. Vincent are published for general information.

ENUMERATION DISTRICTS
TOWN OF KINGSTOWN
1. That portion of the town bounded on the East by the North River; .North
by Tyrell Street; West by Battery Hill Road as far as, but excluding Mr. Louis
Marshall's property then South by Middle Street.
2. That portion of the town bounded on the north by Middle Street, south
by Bay Street, East by North River Road and West by Battery Hill Road to
the sea (excluding Louis Marshall's residence).
3. That portion of the town west of North River from Tyrell Street up to
Peebles Bridge, then west along the road and continuing in a straight line along
northern boundary of Rectory across the Road to Leeward to the Cemetery
(including houses on both sides of the road to Leeward) to Hospital and con-
tinue in a southerly direction to Tyrell Street excluding the General Hospital
and along Tyrell Street and back to starting point.
4. That portion of the town from junction of Bay and Higginson Streets to
Grenville Street at the boundary between St. George's Cathedral grounds and
the Methodist Manse, then northward along this said boundary to the road
along south of St. Joseph's Convent, Fernside, thence westward to Peebles'
Bridge then along river to the sea.
5. That portion of the town fro -Aa.,ea leading to Higginson Street, then
along the western side of Met, a straight line to Fernside Road
and then continuing along aid -'.a sterly direction until Paul's

Avenue is reached, then turning in a southerly direction along the said Avenue,
then into Melville Street and continuing down to the sea and then back to
starting point.
6. That portion of the town bounded on the south by Grenville street to Halifax
Street, then turning left into Peebles Avenue and continuing until entrance to
C.D.C. Power Station is reached, then going northward until the Old Kingstown
Town boundary is reached, then going westward along the said boundary until
the concrete pillar of the old town boundary is reached, then along Paul's
Avenue and Grenville Street, then back to starting point.
7. That portion of the town bounded on the west by Melville Street. North
by Grenville and Halifax Streets; East by Egmont Street, South by sea coast
excluding Police Station.
8. That portion of' the town bounded on the West by Hillsboro Street; and
McKie's Hill road, North by McKie's Hill Road to entrance above Girls' High
School, thence along this road (including Mr. St. C. McConnie's house) and
to Halifax Street, South by Halifax Street to starting point.
9. That portion of the town bounded on the West by Egmont Street up to
the entrance to the Turret, on the north, along the ridge from the Turret to
South River and along a wall to James Street, the eastern boundary; then
along Bay Street-the southern boundary, back to starting point.
10. That portion of the town bounded on the west by James Street to the
junction of French's Road, then in an easterly direction along this said road
to boundary between Mr. C. R. Williams and Mrs. Hyacinth James' house
then in a southerly direction to junction of Granby and Sharp Streets, then
along Sharp Street to Bay Street-the southern boundary and back to point of
commencement.
11. From junction of Sharpe and Upper Long Lane including building of
Messrs. Alric Hillocks Agencies Ltd., along Long Lane Upper (Middle Street
Upper) to the junction of the roads to Cane Garden and Long Wall, then
along road to Ash's corner, thence along road in a westerly direction to the
property of Mr. C. R. Williams at French's Road, thence in a southerly direction
along boundaries of the said properties and the Methodist Hostel to the junction
of Granby and Sharpe Streets, thence along Sharpe Street to point of commence-
ment.
12. That. portion of the town bounded on the west by Sharpe Street, north by
Middle. Street, (Long Lane Upper), east by large drain between the Arrowroot
Association Building and Quarry; south by Bay Street.
13. From the mouth of the large drain which forms the old southern boundary
of the town, along the drain to the culvert at Quarry Road about forty (40)
yards north of Long Wall, up along latter drain and passing south of Windsor
House at the saddle of Cane Garden Ridge between Ford's and Bank houses,
on to Cane Garden road, then along the same road to the bend on the road
opposite Dr. Gun Munro's house and down to the sea.
14. From the bend on the Cane Garden Road opposite Dr. Gun-Munro's house
and continuing along this road to the entrance of the road west of John Laborde's
house and continuing along that road to the sea, then along the sea coast, back
to starting point.
15. Sion. Hill (A)
From junction of large drain adjoining Richmond Hill Road, north along
the same road to Sion Hill market, turning right and going along Village road
up to standpipe, following that road to its end then continuing in a southerly
direction to the top of the hill, then down the drain passing south of Windsor
House back to starting point.
16. Sion Hill (A) :
Up the large drain to crest of hill then to street leading to standpipe, then
in a southerly direction along Cane Garden Road to drain between Ford's and
Barclay's Bank houses; then down a ridge passing south of Windsor House
to the drain" adjoining the Sion Hill Road.

17. Sion Hill (B) :
From a point where Sion Hill/Arnos Vale Crown Lands boundary meets
the sea along the boundary to the Windward Highway up to Sion Hill Market;
then along the Cane Garden road to entrance of road west of John Laborde's
residence in a southerly direction to the sea.
18. French's and Murray Road:
That area from the junction of the roads at French's gates in a westerly
direction along the boundary of the Richmond Hill Playing Field and crossing
South River and continuing along ridge to road between Girls' High School
and MeKie's Hill, then along the said road to Murray's Road and turning
right into Sally Spring bye-way and continuing to Knight's Corner, then east-
ward to Burke's Corner, then southward along road to Tannis' corner then
westerly to French's gate-the point of commencement.
19. Richomnd Hill A:
From Ash's corner at the junction of the roads to Sion Hill and French's
gate continuing to Tannis' corner, then in a northerly direction along the
said road to junction of roads at Bute's corner, then turning right and following
road to next intersection, then in an asterly direction through a private road
to the Sion Hill Road and back to the point of commencement.
20. Richmond Hill B:
From Bute's corner in a northerly direction along Sally Spring Road to
Murray Road, then turning right and following the Murray Road up to Sion
Hill Market, then in a westerly direction along Sion Hill Road to Private
Road going in a northerly direction to the junction of road, then turning left
in a westerly direction to corner of road, then turning right and continuing
to Bute's Corner-the point of commencement.
21. RichmondHill (C) :
The whole of the area east of Murray Road bounded on the north by
private road south of Mr. Lougheed's residence and continuing to main Rich-
mond Hill Village Road, thence south along same road passing Ness Cottage
to its junction with the southern Dorsetshire Hill Road, thence along latter
road to Sion Hill Market.
22. Richmond Hill (D):
From private road near Lougheed's house along the Murray Road to
its junction with the Paul Over road, thence up the latter road and continuing
with the northern Dorsetshire Hill road; thence along base of hill to the Old
Reservoir and then back to starting point.
23. Buckhorn and Paul over:
From McKie's Hill Bridge up along road to Mr. Cummings' junction,
thence north-eastward along the divide between the Kingstown Park basin and
Paul Over river, thence along the latter spur to the northern Dorsetshire Hill
road, thence down latter road and continuing with the Paul Over road to
jpuction with Murray Road, thence along Murray road to MeKie's Hill bridge-
the point of commencement.
24. Dorsetshire Hill:
From T. L. McConnie's Shop in a straight line to the Dorsetshire Hill road
on the left side of Hunt'e House and continuing along the Dorsetshire Hill
road to Millar's Ridge then turning left and continuing along the road back
to starting point.
25. Cemetery Hill, Edinboro, Bleak House and Cox Heath:
From a point where the boundary between St. George/St. Andrew Parishes
meets on the sea coast, then along said boundary to intersection of Fort Road
to about 100 yards above entrance to Bleak House continuing northward for
-about 150 yards to ridge along ravine between lands of Bleak House and

Durrant's; then down ravine to cemetery, then along western boundary of
cemetery to Battery Hill road to the sea, including Marshall's residence.
26. Suburbs of Kingstown
Ross Castle, Fort Charlotte and Ottley Hall.
From a point where the boundary between St. George/St. Andrew Parishes
meets on the sea coast, then along that said boundary to the Edinboro Road
and along the road to the junction of Ottley Hall and Fort Road, then in a
northerly direction to the Ottley Hall ridge, then along this ridge in a westerly
direction to the Ottley Hall Headland.
27. Stoney Ground:
From Peeble's Bridge in a westerly direction in an imaginary straight
line to the junction of the road to Leeward and Cyrus Street, then along road
to Leeward to Gibsons Corner; then in an easterly direction in an imaginary
straight line to the stream, then following the stream in a southerly direction
to the point of commencement.
28. New Montrose:
From junction of Road to Leeward and Cyrus Street, then along Cyrus
Street to the ravine on the western side of Mr. Durrant's residence and con-
tinuing in a northerly direction up to the Parish boundary, then along the Parish
boundary in an easterly direction to the ravine leading to Lewis Street, then
turning right and continuing along the said street to Chapman Street, then
along Chapman Street, to its junction with Webb Street, then along Webb Street
to its junction with road to Leeward to point of commencement.
29. New Montrose:
From junction of Webb Street and Road to Leeward, following Road to,
Leeward to a point at Gibsons Corner, then continuing in a westerly direction
to the Parish boundary, then in a southerly direction to the point at the ravine
leading down to Lewis Street, in an easterly direction along Chapman Street
to the junction at Webb Street to point of commencement.
30. Old Montrose:
From St. Martin's School, in a northerly direction along Old Montrose
Road to a point opposite the Alley on the left which leads to the end of Old
Montrose Village Road, then across the alley to the river and including the
last house on the right bank of the river, then along the river to starting point.
31. Lodge Village:
From the alley on the left of the road to Lodge Village, up to DuPont's
Bakery, thence in a straight line above the street at the entrance of Havoc
House then continuing to the stream on the western side of the Botanical
Gardens, then along this stream to the point where it joins the North River;
then up the tributary to the point opposite the alley-the starting point.
32. Lodge Village, Green Hill, Montrose B:
From DuPont's Bakery in Lodge Village in a northerly direction via the
Lodge Village Road to a point between Samuel Phillips' and David DeFreitas'
houses, then westerly along the Kingstown town boundary to the stream that
flows along the western side of the Botanical Gardens, continuing along this
stream to the point opposite the northern boundary of Havoc House, then
continuing in a straight line to point of commencement.
33. Kingstown Park, Lodge Village and Old Montrose:
From the corner of St. Martin's School following Fernside Road leading
to St. Joseph's Convent and continuing until it reaches road leading to Kings-
town Park, then continuing up the hill to meet the main road at Connell's
Corner. Then turning left and following the road until it reaches another road
below Church of Christ; then turning right and continuing until starting point
is reached.

34. Lodge Village, Old Montrose and Kingstown Park:
From the junction of roads at Old Seventh Day Adventist Church follow-
ing the Lodge Village Road up to the point of intersection with the Kingstown
Town boundary to where it meets a stream; then following the said stream to
where it is bridged at Newtown; then following road leading to the junction at
the point of commencement.
35. Chiggoe Ridge, Redemption-Sharpes, Green Hill, Bowood, Lodge Village (D)
and Kingstown Park:
The ridge leading from Mr. Johnathan Nicholls' residence along the track
which leads to Chiggoe Ridge in a westerly direction to Green Hill as far as
the Kingstown Town boundary, thence in a southerly direction along the left
bank of ravine which terminates at the North River then along river until it
reaches the bridge at the entrance of New Town. continuing in a southerly
direction as far as the corner of Church of Christ, then turning in a northerly
direction up Kingstown Park main road to the junction at Clarke's Bakery
to point of commencement.
36. Kingstown Park and McKie's Hill:
From the former Kingstown town boundary adjacent to George McIntosh's
house along the lower Kingstown Park road following the road right up to
CClarke's Bakery, then turning right and following the road leading to the
house of the late David Brown continuing in a straight line to a road; then
following that road in a southerly direction on to the junction of DeNobriga's
gate and Norris Cummings' house and continuing down the road to the gap
of Hind's house, then in a straight line to the point of commencement.
SUBURBAN KINGSTOWN
37. Lowmans A and Ottley Hall:
From along the Kingstown Town boundary to Gunn Hill and then to
Grand Gate along the Leeward Highway, then at about 200 yards from the York
River turn right and going until the river is reached, then following the river
in a southerly direction to the sea, then back to starting point.
38. Lowmans B
From Grand Gate in a northerly direction along the Leeward Highway
and then at about 200 yards from the York River, then turn northwards and
continue until the York River is reached and then along the river up to Mt. St.
Andrew, at Trig. Station 2413, then in a southerly direction along the Parish
Boundard to point of commencement at Grand Gate.
39. Camden Park (A)
From Bridge where the Leeward Highway crosses the York River and
along the right side of the road to the Cane Wood Gutter at Camden Park;
then along the said gutter in a northerly direction to Trig Station 1955, then
along the mountain ridge in an easterly direction to Trig Station 2413 and
continuing in a southerly direction to the point of commencement.
40. Camden Park (B) :
From the mouth of the York River to the bridge where the Leeward High-
way crosses the river then along the Leeward Highway to Cane Wood Gutter,
then along the gutter to the York Mountain; then in a southerly direction along
the ridge and crossing the Leeward Highway at the northern side of he Police
Station, and continuing along Bonadie Hill to the sea; then along the sea
coast to starting point.
41. Questelles (A) :
From Questelles Police Station north along the Leeward Highway to the
junction of the roads converging on the Leeward Highway, then down the
Questelles Road and turning left at the standpipe, then continuing along the
Bonadie Hill Road to the mouth of the Clare Valley River then along the coast
line to Old Fort, thence up the Bonadie Ridge back to starting point.

42. Questalles (B) :
From point opposite the Questelles Police Station along the Leeward
highway in a northerly direction up Duncan's Hill to Big Questelles and
continuing to the stream leading to Bamboo Gutter, then in a westerly direction
along the Bamboo Gutter and crossing the Leeward Highway down the Clare
Valley River to the Questelles-Clare Valley Road and continuing in a southerly
direction ;long the said road to Mrs. France's gap; then along the Questelles
RPoad to jinction of roads to the Leeward Highway and back to point of com-
mencement.
43. Chauncey:
From Bamboo gutter where it is bridged on the Leeward Highway, con-
tinuing along thi gutter to La Source, then turning in a northerly direction

Corner then along the Leeward IIighway to Rilla:id Gutter .. i- g the

tinuing up a ra-vie to the mountain ; then turning left and following the ridge
to the Rilland Till R.C. Church. then along that ridge to the point opposite
the road leading from Q0. e.-.'lles to Clare Valley, then in a straight line to the
main Ciare Vaiiey Road and then along that road to the sea.
45. Clare Valley and Riihind Hill B.

46. Bowood and Largo IHeights (B):

48. Arnos. Vale (A)

,reathead River, head of Arnos Vale canal, then along bye pass road to the
Cane Hall Bridge and along the river to the sea.
49. Arnos Vale (B)
From the Cane Hatl bridge, crossing the Vigie Highway, then along the
Villa ridge to the Windward Highway, then along the Highway to the entrance
of Villa Point and then to the sea excluding the Grand View hotel.
50. Cane Hall and Claxton:
From where the Chadeau Gutter joins the Warrawarroo River up this
gutter crossing Queen's Drive along Millar's Ridge in a northerly direction along

Claxton ridge through the Trig. Station and then up to junction of ridges, then
from there in a southeasterly direction along the Fenton Ridge to Georgie
Gutter, then down this gutter to where it joins the main river then down this
river to point of commencement.
51. Fountain.
From Cane Iall boundary on Creathead River up this river to junction of
stream from the Gomea Spa, thence up this latter stream to Fairbairn Pasture
boundary, thence along the western edge of Fairbairn Pasture to Large Pope
mango tree at deep Vigie Highway bend, thence south along ridge to boundary
with Fairhall to the Clen, Villa, Arnos Vale and Cane Hall boundaries.
52. Belair (A)
North of the Cane Hall Boundary and west of the Greathead (Warra-
warroo) River, up this river to a point near the 3Belair Government School and
then west along a straight line to the Village Road and to the footpath north of
Mr. William Constan e's house; thlnce- westward to the Fenton Ridge, then
to Cane Halt boundary and back to starting point.
53. Belair (B)
West of the Greathead (W arrawarroo) River from its source to a point near
the Belair Governmeni: School and then west along a straight line to the Village

51. Fairbairn Pasture
That portion of the Fair Hall Estate west of the Vigie IIighway com-
mending from Fountain Estate Boundary at large Pope mango tree along the
ridgs to the Eyrie Road, then to the Vigie Highway and turning right following
the highway to point of comnnmecement.
55. Ashburton and Dauphine:
Along the Greathead Rivr from Fountain boundary then up the Comea
or Dauphine Riv.'r t the stream near John's old Arrowroct Works thence
northward to Rock Fort (Redoubt) excluding the Kilburney houses belonging
to the Weekes' family, then along Pilgrim Hill road in a southerly direction to
starting point.
55. Cornea, Welcome and Meek:
TFr7 the point where the Warrawarro River meets the Belair River,
then fiooving t: Warrawarro River in a !ort'heriy direction to the St. Andrews
]mountlalin, then in a southerly direction at the foot of Akers Mountain and con-
tinuing along the Ponsomby Ridge.
57. Villa Point, Indian Bay and Villa (A) (Including Young Island)
From the mouth of the Calliaqua River, along this river to the bridge at
Glen, crossing to the entrance of the Lewis Punnett home; then following the
Mental Health Centre road to the Windward Highway and westerly along that
road to the entrance of the Grand View Hotel and following the road down
to the sea including the Grand View Hotel.
58. Villa B:
From the junction of the road to Indian Bay Beach Club and the Wind-
ward Highway, then east along the Windward Highway and going north along
the road to Mental Health Centre to a point where a gully joins the Calliaqua
River, then along the gully to a ridge east of Vigie Highway, then along the
road and back to starting point.

59. Calliaqua:
The whole area bounded by the Calliaqua River on the west, the Pette River
on the east, and a large drain at the back passing south of Layne's lands and
Oliver's lands thence to a point northeast of Calliaqua Dispensary then due
east to Anglican Church cemetery.
60. Fair Hall (A) and Glen:
From junction of Dalloway and Belmont Gutter in a southwesterly direc-
tion to the road passing west of Whim House at a point north of Gibson House,
thence along road to junction of road to Belmont and road to Harmony Hall,
thence along Upper Glen road to junction in front of Calliaqua Anglican
Church, then going in a westerly direction to the gutter which passes south
of Oliver's lands and Layne's lands along this gutter to Calliaqua River up to
a point east of Pauper Asylum where gully points the river, then along gully on
the ridge passing east of Vigie Highway, then along the Highway and continuing
to starting point.
61. Woodlands, Golden Vale, Glebeland and Cotton's Lot:
From junction of road to Belmont and road to Harmony Hall and along
ridge west of Choppins and Mangenier to the Pette River at a point at the south-
western end of Choppins, thence along the Pette River to a point opposite the
Calliaqua Anglican Church Cemetery, then across to the junction of road lead-
ing to Harmony Hall and Upper Glen Road.
62. Ratho Mill, Prospect:
From Lucas Lime Kiln northward along the high bank of the Anglican
Rectory to a point (near the bend) on the Harmony Hall Road, north of Ground
Dove Hill. Then east along the Harmony Hall Road for about 200 yards thence
northwest along the Harmony Hall Ridge to Dengo Gutter and south along
the said gutter to the Windward Highway to the Brighton Road junction
thence down the Belvedere gully to the sea.
63. Brighton and Belvedere:
From the mouth of the Ribishi River, then along the said river to where
the Deningo Gutter joins the Ribishi river, then up the Deningo Gutter to the
Windward Highway, then along the said Highway to the entrance of Brighton
Road, then along the Belvedere gully to the sea.
64. Choppins, Harmony Hall, Mangeniere:
From the bend on the Harmony Hall Road north of Ground Dove Hill west
down the slope to the Pette Calliaqua River and straight on following the
Golden Vale Choppins boundary to the Woodlands southeast corner, then north
alu:t- the Woodlands-Mangeniere Ridge to the northeastern tip of Fair Hall
estate. Then south along the Harmony Hall Road to the southern boundary of
Ribishi Estate.
65. Enhams, McCarty and Glamorgan:
From the crossing on the Windward Highway over the Ribishi River north
along the footpath east of the bridge to the Glamorgan byeway, then west along
this byeway to the Belmont Road and to the Ridge Road junction near Mofford's
shop, thence east along the Ridge Road down the Enhams Ridge and the Carapan
byeway and along this byeway to the Windward Highway.
66. Southwood, Joseph's Land, Ribishi:
From the Windward Highway west along the ridge south of the Deningo
Gutter to the Harmony Hall Road,, then along this road to the Harmony Hall-
Belmont Road junction, then north along the Belmont Road to the Glamorgan
Road junction; then south along this latter road to the footpath west of New
Bridge and down this footpath to theWindward Highway.
67. Belmont, Whim:
Along the Vigie Highway from lower Belmont Corner to the Belmont Road
junction (near Bradshaw's shop) then along this latter road to the Whim Road

junction, thence west down the slope to the Dallowav and Belmont Gutter junc-
tion and on the Vigi.e Highway near the corner at Lower Belmont.
68. Rescue and Mt. Pleasant:
From a large iron state below the Sand Ground junction and along the
Calder-Mt. Pleasant Road to the Windward Highway and thence to the Mt.
Pleasant Tower Road to the sea.
The northern side starts from the above-mentioned large iron stake along the
Calder-Argyle boundary to the Cologne Gutter and thence along a cart road
to Mile House across the Windward Highway to the Mt.Pleasant beach.
69. Bonhomme:
From Sand Ground junction along the Calder Mt. Pleasant Road to the
Mt. Pleasant-Stubbs cross road at Hutchinson's Shop, thence south along the
Windward Highway to Benu Bridge, then up the Bonhomme-Stubbs Gutter to
the Calder Gutter and along the Calder Cotton House gutter to Sand Ground
junction standpipe.
70. Calder (A)
The area starting from the Calder Estate road on the Calder/Victoria
Village boundary in a northerly direction and continuing along the road to
where it adjoins the road leading from the Calder main road at the Seventh
Day Adventist Church, then continuing along that road to the junction; then in

Day Adventist Church, then in a southrely direction to the Calder Estate Road

That area east of Glamorgan Village to the Carapan Ridge Road, thence
to the Calder-Victoria Village boundary down to Chili Gutter and to Danzel
Gutter along the Village road, and to the track and gutter leading to the Wyso
standpipe north of the Carapan Road and then to the Carapan/Glamorgan
boundary.
73. Diamond, Carapan and Stubbs (A)
From the Brighton Bay up the Ribishi River to the point where it is
joined by the Deningo gutter, then up the said gutter to the Windward High-
way, then along the Highway turning right to the road up the Carapan byeway,
then along the byeway to Wyso standpipe, then along Wyso gutter to the track
leading to Danzel gutter then along that gutter to Maule's gutter and to Ben's
bridge, then along the Windward Highway in a southerly direction to the
boundary between Diamond and Falby Estates then following this boundary
and ridge to the sea.
74. Stubbs (B)
That area from the point leading westward along the Falby Diamond
ridge to the junction of the Windward Highway and road leading to St. Sylvan
Anglican Church, then along the Windward Highway to junction of road to
Mt. Pleasant and continuing along ridge about 500 yards from most easterly

75. Rileys and Kilburney:
From the Ponsomby Ridge Road in a westerly direction to the lower Gomea
Road junction immediately east of the Redoubt (but including the two Kilburney
houses on the southern side of the road belonging to the Weekes's family) ; on
the east, by the Ratho Mill mountain stream flowing west of the Pilgrim Hill
Ridge to its junction with the Carapan mountain stream, thence up the latter
stream to its head and back to the Ponsomby Ridge.
76. Evesham (including Pilgrim Hill, Belvedere Mountains and part of Belmont:
From the junction of the streams through Ratho Mill mountains and
Carapan Mountain, down the large stream thus formed, to its junction with
the Yamwell Gutter, then southward along the Yamwell Gutter to its head at
Balmont Public Road and the Eyry Ridge to the Lower Gomea-Eyry Ridge
junction and then back to starting point.
77. Evesham Vale (La Croix) :
From the junction of Carapan Mountains and the Yamwell Gutter down
to the York/Yambou river and continuing to the Glenside Works (about 100
yards from the junction of the Yambou and Teviot rivers) then in a southerly
direction to the Akers road, then following the said road to junction at Crick's
Corner and continuing along the Vigie road to the point opposite the Belmont
Feeder Tank, then turning right and continuing along the ridge and crossing
the road to Evesham and back to point of commencement.
78. Akers and Argyle:
From the Yambou Head, along the ridge in a westerly direction, and crossing
the junction of Windward Highway and road to Mt. Pleasant Beach, then
continuing along the ridge to the Guanerie River, along this river and up a
track to the junction of road to Akers and Crick's Corner, then along the Akers
road in a northerly direction to the Yambou Pass, then along the Yambou River
in an easterly direction to the sea.
79. Escape, Glenside, Yambou, Jackson's Pasture and Sayers:
From the mouth of the Argyle River, along this river to a point where it
is joined by the Teviot River, then across to a standpipe on the left hand side
of the road from Yambou, then following the short byeway opposits the stand-
pipe, to the Zenga River, up this river then turning right at a point about
50 yards opposite the Gospel Hall at the base of the hills on the right, and
following the Yambou-Peruvian Vale Ridge, the Spring-Peruvian Vale Ridge and
the Escape Peruvian Vale Ridge, down to the sea passing north of the Escape
Roman Catholic Church.
80. Mesopotamia:
From junction of road leading to Greggs and Richland Park in a southerly
direction to the "Vee" at the Methodist Church grounds then to the bridge
over the Teviot River just north of the Farm-Teviot junction, then south along
the Teviot River to the Anglican Church grounds, then to the Dumbarton bye-
way on to the Western boundary of the Roman Catholic Church grounds, then
south along the Roman Catholic Church grounds boundary to Yambou River
and back to starting point.
81. Hopewell and Simpson A:
From theHopewell byeway on the road to Greggs in a straight line up to
the junction where the road branches above the Richland Park School, then
along the branch road leading to the Adventist School and continuing along
this road to the river, then across this river up to the road in a southerly direc-
tion back to starting point.
82. Hopewell and Simpson Al:
From the point where the newly made road meets the branch road (main
Village road) then along that newly made road in a northerly direction up to
the Petit Bonhomme mountain.

byeway to the main road and continuing along that road up to the Grand
Bonhomme mountain range, then from junction of road on the right leading to
Adventist Church and continuing to point where recently made road meets this
road, then up recently made road in a northerly direction up to Bonhomme
mountain.
84. Richland Park, Montreal and Kelly:
From the "Vee" at the Methodist Church along the Teviot River right up
to Grand Bonhomme.
The eastern boundary follows the road at the right of the "Vee", and
continuing along the said road to Richland Park and to the Bonhomme mountain
range.
85. Freeland, Farm, Caruth:
Bounded on the north by the Teviot River from its source to where it meets
the Richland Park Road; east by the said river to the bridge at the junction
of the roads west of the Methodist Church and continuing to the bend of the
road at Freeland; South from the bend of the road going in a westerly direction
and continuing along the ridge leading up to the Bonhomme Mountain range to
the starting point.
86. Cane End and Mt. Pleasant:
Along the parish boundary between St. George and Charlotte beginning
from the junction of road leading to Dumbarton and Cane End in the Forde
River, up to the Grand Bonhomme mountain range, then eastward along the
mountain range to the Freeland road, then to the Teviot River, and along this
river to the starting point.
87. Carriere and Collins:
The area starting from the bridge over the Teviot River opposite the
Methodist Church and continuing along this river to its source in the mountain
range, then in an easterly direction along the Majorca Mountain range to the
Freeland road, then along the said road to starting point.
BRIDGETOWN
88. Spring and Peruvian Vale.
That area from the sea at the Escape R.C. Church following the ridge to
the entrance of road to Sayers Estate, then in a northerly direction and crossing
the Zenga River, then following the road to Greggs until junction of road
to Simon is reached, then along the Compulsion ridge to Trig Station 2861 and
then to Black Ridge, north of Biabou Shipping Bay.
89. Biabou (A)
From the point on the sea coast at Black House ridge, along this ridge
up to the boundary between New Prospect and Adelphi, then in a northerly
direction to the New Prospect road, then along this road to the junction where
it meets the Village road, then following the Grant's Village road in a northerly
direction and continuing to a point where it crosses the Windward Highway
about fifty yards from the Biabou Anglican Church to the sea.
90. Biabou "B"
From the Lower Road which branches from the Grant's Village road and
continuing until the Simon Road is reached, then along the Simon Road in a
westerly direction to the second bend on the road, then turning right along a

From the Macariacaw Point on the sea crossing the Windward High-
way and entering the Cedars Bye-road leading to Massey Estate, then along the
road and continuing along the ridge to the Bridgetown River then in an
easterly direction along the Bridgetown River to the sea.
94. Cedars
From Macariacaw Point crossing the Windward Highway and entering
the Village Road leading to Massey Estate and continuing along the ridge to
the source of the South Union River, then along the river to Irvin's Cliff and
back to starting point.
95: Hadleys, North Union and South Union.
From the mouth of the North Union River up to a point on the river
opposite the road leading to the Lowmans Roman Catholic Church, then up
that road to the ridge at Abbey's House, then in an easterly direction along
the ridge to South Union River and along the river to the sea at Irvin's Cliff.
96. Lower Lowmans and Lauders:
From a point on North Union river leading up to the Lowmans Roman Cath-
olic Church, then crossing the Lowmans road and going op the village track and
continuing in an easterly direction to the Dr. John river, then along the ridge
forming the northern boundary and following the said ridge up to Greggs road
then continuing along that road to the bridge, then following the river and
continuing until starting point is reached.
97. Higher Lowmans (A) :
From Waithe's Arrowroot Factory on the North Union River to the Iligher
Lowmans bridge, then proceeding through the Higher Lowmans bye-way in an
easterly direction from the junction at the Higher Lowmans School then
back to Waithe's Factory.
98. Higher Lowmans (B):
From Trig Station 1858 on the Bonhomme Mountain Range in an easterly
direction to where the road ends at Lower Lowmans near the Union River;
then continuing along the river, in a westerly direction up to the Mountain
range.
99. Greggs (A):
From the deep "V" Corner on the Lower Lowmans Byeway, along said
byeway leading to Greggs Village and to the Banana Buying Station; then
turning right and following the road leading to Greggs Government School
and continuing along that road in a northerly direction to the Greggs Mountain
range; then westward along the said mountain range to Petit Bonhomme then
southward along the Maroon Ridge to the Greggs Road, then eastward along
the said road to starting point.

the Windward Hghway and road to Diamond Village, then following road to
Mt. Greenan and crossing the Windward Highway to the sea.
103. New Adelphi:
North along the New Grounds bye road to the eastern end of the Diamond
Dam, then following the Diamond Road to New Adepohi and continuing along
this same road back to starting point.
104. Chapmans:
From junction of roads at Diamond and New Adelphi and following the
road to New Adelphi, then continuing along the river to the mountain peak,
then turning in a south-easterly direction along the mountain range to the Higher
Lowmans Road where it meets the Union river, then along the river and north-
wards passing the Chapmans Road and continuing to a point to meet the New
Grounds road, then along the New Grounds/New Adelphi Road back to start-
ing point.
105. New Grounds:
From the road leading to Diamond and continuing along that rcaa up to a
point overlooking New Adelphi, thence in a southerly direction to the New
Grounds Road south of land owned by the late James Rose and along that
road to the Windward Highway.
106. North Union (B) :
From the mouth of the Union River, crossing the Windward Highway at
the point where the Chapman Road meets the Windward Highway a',:d continu-
ing along the Chapman Road to the point where a ravine meets the New Ground
Road, then along this road to the Windward Highway and continuing to the
point where the road to Diamond Village branches off, then turning right and
continuing in a straight line to the sea.
107. Gorse, Mangrove, Mt. William:
This includes the whole of Gorse, Mangrove and Mt. William. Bounded
on the north by the Byera River, on the east by the sea, and on the west and
the south by the ridge between Mt. William and Colonarie.
108. South Rivers and Three Rivers:
From the Colonarie River opposite the standpipe below Mrs. J. Pereira's
house, along the river to. the bridge on the road to Three Rivers and following
the power line up to the station, then following the road parallel with the pipe
line up to the central ridge. Then turning in a southerly direction and follow-
ing the Park Hill-South Rivers boundary to the South Rivers main road and
along this road to the standpipe at the point of commencement.

109. Three Rivers and South Rivers:
From the Colonarie River opposite the standpipe just below Mrs. J.
Pereira's house along the river to the bridge on the road to Three Rivers, and
following the power lines to the Power Station, then following the road parallel1
with the pipe line up to the mountain. Then turning in a northerly direc-
tion until Parish boundary is reached, then following the boundary in a north-
erly direction to the Mt. William Road, then following the ridge in an easterly
direction to the boundary between Mt. William and Three Rivers, then south-
ward to starting point.
110. Park Hill (A) and Coolie Hill:
From about 200 yards above the junction of road to South Rivers and
Three Rivers then turning left and going in a southerly direction to meet the
Park Hill Village Road, then continuing along that road for about 50 yards,
then going westward and crossing road leading to Dr. Smith's premises, and
continuing until the Belle Vue ridge is reached, then continuing along that ridge
in a westerly direction to the mountain range. The Northern boundary be-
gins from the starting point along the South Rivers Road to the bridge over
gully near the Methodist Church, then along the gully up to the mountain
ran ge.
111. Park Hill (B) and Belle Vue:
From the South Rivers Road just. where it meets the road from Park Hill
and along the said Park Hill road through the tunnel, then in a southerly direc-
tion to the Belle Vue River, then along the BelleVue Ridge up to a point where
it crosses two roads in a northerly direction and then meeting the main South
Rivers Road at a point about 100 yards above the South Rivers and Three
Rivers Roads junction and back to the starting point.
112. Friendly Village and Colonarie:
From the mouth of the Belle Vue River, then in a northerly direction,
jassing near the Park Hill Tunnel, then following the road to South Rivers,
and turning in an easterly direction about 100 yards below junction of South
Rivers and Three Rivers Roads and continuing along the road to ridge over-
looking Mount William Estate, then along that ridge in an easterly direction,
crossing the Windward Highway to the sea.
GEORGETOWN
113. Chili and Roseneat:
The two adjoining villages bounded on the north by the Mt. Bentinck
River; on the south and west by the Grand Sable Estate and east by the George-
town Cemetery.
114. Georgetown ( A)
The portion of the town bounded on the north by the Georgetown River,
east by the sea, west by the Georgetown Cemetery and Grand Sable Estate, on
the south by Oxford Street.
115. Georgetown (B) :
The portion of the town bounded on the north by Oxford Street to Back
Street, then along Back Street in a northerly direction to entrance to George-
town Government School, then in a westerly direction to end of street between
the Grand Sable Estate and Chili Village and continuing along the Perseverance
Valley to the eastern base of the Morne Garu mountails, then in an easterly
direction to the Reading Road where it crosses the Windward Highway, then
along the drain to the sea and back to point of commencement.

From Black Point on the sea along the ridge to junction of Windward
Highway and Chester Cottage, then following Black Ridge, passing Trig Station

The area bounded on the south by the Mt. Bentinck/O'Brien's road,

That area from a point on the Cayo River north-east of the Police Station,
eastward along the said river to its mouth, and then along the sea coast to the
mouth of the Karo River, then up the said river to the main highway, then north-
ward along the main highway to the junction of the street with the main high-
way, then westward along the said street to the standpipe at Middle Street,
then along Middle Street to the starting point.
130. Sandy Bay (B)
That area from about 100 yards from Trig. Station 893 in a curved direction
to Trig. Station 495, then along the road leading to Dells Hill for about 100
yards, then crossing the road at Dells Hill and continuing down to the sea. Then
along the sea-coast to the month of the Agrabay River and along that river in
a westerly direction back to starting point.

direction along the ridge boundary of Reversion Estate on to the southern
boundary of the town of Barrouallie then to the sea and back to starting point.
145. Reversion, Three Acres, Nugent, Jacques Hill, Lammies etc.:
That area bounded on the west by the Town of Barrouallie, south by ridge
passing along Glebe Hill Trig. Station and continuing to the source of Snugg
River, then in a westerly direction along the ridge and crossing Trig. Station
877 and continuing to river on the northern side of Barrouallie Anglican
Church to the eastern boundary of the Town of Barrouallie.
146. Barrouallie (A) :
That area of the town from jetty along the street up to the Leeward
flighway and across to the ravine north of the Anglican Church, then following
the town boundary in a southerly direction to about 50 yards from the entrance
of road to Reversion Estate on the Leeward Highway then in a westerly direc-
tion to the sea.
147. Barrouallie A:
The area bounded on the south by the street from jetty of Anglican Church,
on the east by the town boundary; thence along main road in a southerly
direction; then in a westerly direction down Glasgow Lane and the street along
the northern side of the Park to the road leading towards Bottle and Glass,
then along the western side of this road to the Cemetery.
148. Barrouallie B:
The rest of E.D. 125 from Glasgow Lane and the street along northern side
of the park to the boundary between Town and Plan.
149. Bottle and Glass, Gabriel, Kearton's and Wallilabou A:
From the northern boundary of the town of Barrouallie up to the Leeward
Highway, then along the said highway and taking all the houses on the right
side of the highway until the ravine at Kearton's Bay is reached.
150. Bottle and Glass, Gabriel, Kearton's and Wallilabou B:
From the northern boundary of the town of Barrouallie below the Leeward
Highway and taking all the houses on the left side of the said highway and
continuing up to the Bellisle Ridge and along the said ridge to the mountain.
151.:Cumberland, Mangaroo, Cocoa Village and Gordon Yard:
From Cumberland to Mangaroo including the whole of cocoa Village and
Gordon Yard then from the entrance of Gordon Village to Grove.
152. Spring Village:
That area bounded on the north by the Cumberland Estate and on the south
and west by the Cumberland River, on the east by the Parish Boundary from
Trig. Station 1362 to a stream flowing into the Cumberland River.

CHATEAUBELAIR
153. Westwood and Coull's Hill:
From the sea up the ridge to the Westwood School, then crossing the
Leeward Highway and going up the Belmont Road and continuing along to
the Parish Boundary, then along the Parish Boundary to the Troumaca River,
then following the river in a westerly direction and crossing the Leeward
Highway to the sea.
154. Troumaca A:
From the Troumaca River to the Leeward Highway and continuing along
the Highway in a northerly direction to the retaining wall opposite Shark Hole,
then down to the sea.

155. Troumaca B:
From Board Spout across the ridge to Bell Top, then in a southerly direction
to Yard Road and continuing to the Bridge over Troumaca River, then following
the said river to the Leeward Highway, then along the Leeward Highway to
starting point.
156. Rose Hall A:
From Bell Top in a southerly direction to Belmont Road, then along the
road to Mizma Bridge along the Belmont River up Trig. Station 1362, then in
a westerly direction to bend in road to Rose Hall and continuing to John Spring
Ridge, then across to Swatt Hill, then in a northerly direction to Petit Bordel
River, then following the river and turning south opposite starting point-Bell
Top Ridge.
157. Rose Hall B:
From John Spring Ridge across to Swatt Hill in a northerly direction
then along the hill in an easterly direction up to Linley Valley to the Parish
Boundary, then in a southwesterly direction along the Parish Boundary to
Trig Station 1362, then along the ridge to the Rose Hall Road opposite the
Pentecostal Church, then along the Rose Hall Road to the starting point at
John Spring Ridge.
158. Rose Bank A:
From Shark Hole up to retaining wall on the Leeward Highway, then
along the Leeward Highway in a northerly direction to Dark Vue Bay.
159. Rose Bank B and Dark Vue:
From Dark Vue Bay along the Leeward Highway in a northerly direction
to Board Spout, then across the ridge to Bell Top, then to Petit Bordel River and
along the Petit Bordel River and crossing the Leeward Highway to the sea
and then back to starting point.
160. Petit Bordel and Sharpes A:
From the mouth of the Petit Bordel River in an easterly direction to the
Linley Valley, then following the Chateaubelair River to the Bridge between
Sharpes Village and Chateaubelair, then along the Leeward Highway to the
bend in the road at Petit Bordel and continuing to Trig Station 333, then to
Corner Bay Point and back to starting point.
161. Petit Bordel and Sharpes B:
That area from the Chateaubelair Bridge in a northerly direction up to
the ridge, then in an easterly direction to the Parish Boundary, then along
the Chateaubelair River back to starting point.
162. Town Extension and Corner Bay:
That area between Petit Bordel and the Chateaubelair River starting
from Corner Bay Point along the ridge to the Leeward Highway and continuing
along the said highway to the bridge on the Chateaubelair River, then along
the river to the sea and along the sea coast to starting point.
163. The Barracks:
That area bounded on the north by the sea, on the west from the Jetty up
along the main street to the bridge between Sharpes and Chateaubelair, then
on the south by the ridge between Golden Grove and Sharpes, then in a northerly
direction to Coconut Grove gutter, then along this gutter to the sea-the eastern
boundary.
164. Chateaubelair:
The area bounded on the north by the sea, on the east from the Jetty
along the main road up to the bridge between Sharpes and Chateaubelair and
then from the bridge along the river to the sea.

165. Fitz Hughes:
From the sea up Coconut Grove gutter, then along the ridge to Trig.
Station 1124 and 1275 and continuing along the ridge to the Parish Boundary,
then from the source of the Richmond River down to the sea.
166. Richmond, Wallilabou and Morne Ronde:
The area from the mouth of the Richmond River, along this said river
to its source in the Morne Garu mountains and then to the Parish Boundary
then along the Parish boundary in a northerly direction to the source of the
river that empties itself in the southern point of the Larikai Bay.
167. Windsor Forest, Balaine and Quashie:
The area from the southern river at Larikai Bay then along the said river
to the Parish Boundary, then along the Parish Boundary to West Point, then
back to starting point.
NORTHERN GRENADINES
168. Hamilton A:
The area on the Island of Bequia bounded on the north and went by the
sea, south by Admiralty Bay, East by a point on the beach opposite the road
leading up to the Roman Catholic Church and crossing the hill to the sea.
169. Hamilton (B), Ocar, Reform, Cinnamon Carden, Port Elizabeth (A):
The area on the Island of Bequia bounded on the North by the sea, on the
south by Admiralty Bay, on the east by the road opposite the Texaco Petrol
Station leading up to the paved concrete road, then turning right and con-
tinuing along the said road to the junction of the Spring and Cinnamon Garden
roads, then along the latter and passing on the eastern side of Cinnamon Garden
Cottage in a straight line to the sea; on the west from a point on the beach
oppotite the road leading to the R.C. Church and continuing in a straight line
and crossing the ridge to the sea.
170. Port Elizabeth (B), Pretoria, Union Vale, Spring, Industry, Park and
Hope:
The area on the Island of Bequia bounded on the north and east by the
sea, south from a point on Hope Bay, south of the Beach House running along
the ridge between Hope and Mount Pleasant up to the Antenna of Cable &
Wireless Ltd., then continuing along the power line trace to the pole on the
back street at Port Elizabeth and continuing along this street in a southerly
direction to the ridge between Port Elizabeth and Frangipani Hotel to the sea,
then along the coast in Admiralty Bay to the point opposite the Texaco Petrol
Station, west from the road opposite the Texaco Petrol Station to Pretoria
paved road, then turning right and following said road to the junction of
Spring and Cinnamon Garden roads and continuing along the latter road passing
east of Cinnamon Garden Cottage to the sea.
171. Belmont and Mt. Pleasant:
That area on the Island of Bequia bounded on the North and South by the
sea, east by the ridge separating Port Elizabeth from Frangipani Hotel up
to the road, then turn left following the road to Back Street of Port Elizabeth
to the Power line pole leading up the trace to the Cable & Wireless Antenna,
then down the ridge between Hope and Mt. Pleasant, passing on right side
of the Beach House and continuing to the sea, on the road leading to Friendship
Gate, then along the ridge to Ravine Bay, excluding Friendship Bay Hotel and
all houses in Ambois.
172. Lower Bay, Friendship, Lawler Hill and Ambois:
That area on the Island of Bequia from point at the western end of Tony
Gibbons Beach, then up the road leading to Friendship Bay, then along the ridge
to Ravine Bay, on the west from Belle point up the ridge to Trig. Station 881,
then following the ridge in an easterly direction to the ridge west of Lower
Bay Gutter, then turning in a southerly direction along the said ridge to the
beach at Friendship Bay, on the north and south by the sea.

173. Friendship Bay and La Pompe:
That area on the Island of Bequia bounded on the north by the ridge
running from Trig. Station 881 to the ridge west of Lower Bay Gutter, south
by the sea, east by the ridge west of Lower Bay Gutter to its junction with
Friendship road then to the beach in Friendship Bay, and west from the drain
leading up from the sea on the eastern side of the Police Station, then up the
hill to Trig.Station 881.
174. Derrick (B), Paget Farm and Gellizeau :
The remaining area on the Island of Bequia bounded on the east by ridge
leading from Belle point to the Trig. Station No. 881 crossing the ridge to the
Police Station and continuing in a southerly direction to the sea, on the north,
s,)uth and west by the sea.
175. Battawia, Balliceaux, Mustique, Petit Mustique and Savan:
The chain of Islands extending from Bullet to Savan Rock north of the
Latitude 120 47' 48" No.
SOUTHERN GRENADINES
176: Canouan (A):
That portion of the island falling east of the line commencing from a
point on the beach at Retreat, continuing along the western boundary of the
Government School and extending over to a point on Friendship Beach and
including Petit Canouan.
177. Canouan (B) :
That portion of the island west of (A).
178. Mayreau:
The main island together with all the islands and cays belonging to Heirs
of St. Hilaire including Catholic Is., Tobago Cays, Petit Tabac Is., etc.
179. Union Island (A).
That portion of the island falling east of the line from Station 03 (north-
eastern corner of Lot E 115 at the eastern corner of Richmond Bay) and passing
along the eastern boundaries of Lots E 115, E105, E 109, E 88, E 97, along
the highway at Clifton Reserve and C to the sea in the south, together with
the islands of Petit St. Vincent, Prune etc.
180. Union Island (B) :
The middle portion of the island bounded on the west by the road from
Ashton Jetty which meets the road through Ashton Village (North) west of
the old school site thence up the village road to the south of Lot E 40 through
Lots E 35, '2 E 29, E 23, E 22, E 15, E 7, E 14, E 13 E 13a, thence along the
eastern boundary of Lots N6, N7, N8, and N9 to the sea.
181. Union Island (C) :
That portion of the island west of sub-district 5 above and including
Frigate Island.
182. The Mental Health Centre.

185. The General Hospital, and The Prison.
