Pursuant to regulation 324 (1) of the Post Office Regulations, 1938, Notice
is hereby given that with regard to the denominations and designs of postage
stamps which shall be' on sale in 'the State of St. Vincent commencing on
onday, 12th January, 1970, as set out hereunder:-
