WHIEREAS it is enacted by section 3 of the C'!I. !i Gideon Iluggins (Gratuity
and Pension) Ordinance, 1967, that the said 0rdinapee shall come into operation
on a date to be fixed by the Administratop'i PrclAmation:

tering the Government of the Colony ,fOifjVincent, pui ~nt to the authority
in me vested by the said Ordinan d I Ii eby proclaim that the aforesaid
Ordinance shall come into operation btt ie 12th daft Dke'mber, 1967.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public 'Seal of this Isbinld of Saint Vincent
this 9th day of November in the Yea Lorid One thousand, nine
hundred and sixty-seven and in the Sixtulith year of the Reign of
Her Majesty QUEEN ELIZABETII THE SECOND.
