DECLARAT OF ACQU7I 'N OF LAND.
(Gazetted 10th October, 1967.)
WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 3 of the Land Acquisition Ordinance
1946 (No. 22 of 1946) that if the Administrator in Council considers that any
land should be acquired for a public purpose he may cause a declaration to
that effect to be made:
AND WHEREAS it is considered by the Administrator in Council that the
undermentioned parcel of land should be acquired for a public purpose, to wit,
the erection of an Electric Power Station:
Now IT Is HEREBY DECLARED by His IHonour the Administrator acting in
accordance with the advice of the Executive Council of the Colony of Saint
Vincent that upon the 2ind Publication of this Declaration in the Gazette all
that parcel of land at Ocar, Bequia, in the Parish of the Grenadines the property
of JAMES ROBERT JUTAGIR measuring eleven thousand four hundred and six
square feet shall vest absolutely in the Crown.
AND IT IS HEREBY FURTHER DECLARED AND NOTIFIED that a plan bearing
the Number GR 1/80 showing the above mentioned parcel of land has been
prepared by E. Stinson Campbell, Licensed Land Surveyor and lodged on the

TENDER FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF MAILS
AND PASSENGERS TO AND FROM BEQUIA.
Tenders are hereby invited and will
be received up to 3.00 p.m. on 30th
October, 1967 for the conveyance daily,
with exception of Sundays and Public
Holidays, of Mails-including Parcel
Post Mails-and Passengers to and from
the island of Bequia for a period of one
(1) year commencing on 1st December,
1967.
The Contractor shall not arbitrarily
refuse to convey any passenger who
pays or offers to pay his or her fare.
The Contract may be terminated by
one (1) month's notice on either side.
A bond with Government for satisfac-
tory performance of the Contract will
be required.
Tenders should state the amount of
subsidy required and must be addressed
to the Chairman, Tenders Board, Minis-
try of Finance, Ministerial Building,,
Kingstown.
The envelopes should be sealed and
distinctly marked TENDERS FOR BEQUIA
MAIL AND PASSENGER SERVICE.
Government does not bind itself to,

CAFETERIA IN TIHE TERMINAL BUILDING
ARNOS VALE AIRPORT-ST. VINCENT.
Tenders are invited and will be re-
ceived up to Monday 23rd October, 1967
ior the operation of a Cafeteria in the
Termi, al Building, Arnos Vale Airport,
St. Vincent, for a period of two (2)
years from 16th November, 1967.
2. The successful tenderer will be
required to serve liquor, refreshments
and light hot meals on the premises,
ejuip the premises with:
(a) at least one refrigerator or deep
freeze unit,
(b) one cooking range,
must hold a liquor licence, and pay
:VIetal i':r the premises as may be fixed
from time to time by the Government.
3. The successful tenderer will be
required to sign a written agreement of
terms and conditions. The business
must be opened at least one hour before
the arrival of any scheduled aircraft,
and at least one hour after the depar-
ture of such schedule aircraft, and not
later than 7.30 p.m. daily.
4. Government does not bind itself
to accept the lowest or any tender.
5. Tenders marked "Tender for
Cafeteria, Arnos Vale Airport," should
be submitted to the Chairman, Tenders
Board, c/o Ministry of Finance, Minis-
terial Building, Kingstown, not later

Government Gazette. Applications for
Renewals are subject to a LATE FEE if
they are not received in time for con-
sideration at the Annual Licensing Ses-
sions.
3. Application Forms are obtainable
at the Magistrates' Office, Kingstown
and at the several Police Stations.
4. A further notice fixing the dates
of the Sessions in the Parishes men-
tioned above will be published in the
Government Gazette.
