In exercise of the power conferred
upon him by Regulation 2 of the Elec-
toral Provisions (Redistribution of Con-
stituencies) Regulations, 1967 (S.R. & O.
No. 8 of 1967), His Honour the Admin-
istrator has been pleased to appoint the
following persons to be members of
the Constituency Boundary Commission
with effect from 15th March, 1967:-

APPEALS AGAINST ASSESSMENT.
It is notified for general information
that in accordance with Section 42 of
the Local Government Ordinance No. 17
of 1951, the Magistrate of the Second
District will hold a Special Session for
for the purpose of hearing Appeals
against Assessment by the Calliaqua
Town Board for the year 1967.

TREASURY NOTICE
MISSING "SPECIMEN" NOTES
Certain of the "Specimen" Notes
which were on display when the East
Caribbean Currency Notes were issued
in September, 1965 to various terri-
tories, are missing and have entered
into circulation.
The notes are in the denominations
of $1, $5, $20, and $100; and all bear
the signature of Mr. D. W. Spiers, and
are identical with issued notes of the
same denominations save that they all
bear the serial number Al 000 000, and
are over-printed diagonally with the
word "SPECIMEN" on both sides.
Members of the public are warned
to be on the alert especially when re-
ceiving $20 and $100 notes, and should
report any appearance of them to the
Currency Officer or Police.
