WHEREAS it is enacted by section 1 of the Hotels SAid Ordinance, 1954, that
the said Ordinance shall come into force on such date as the Governor may
appoint by Proclamation published in the Gazette:
Now THEREFORE I, OsMUND RANDOUPH KELSICx, the officer for the time being
administering the Government of the Colony, do hereby proclaim that the
aforesaid Ordinance shall come into force on the 12th day of April, One thou-
sand nine hundred and fifty-five. *

GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony of Saint Vincent, at
Government Office in the said Colony this 6th day of April One thousand

Treasury in excess of the sums granted by the Appropria-
tion (1953) Ordinm nee. 1952, (No. 41 cf 1952) and 'e Ip-
plementary Appropriation (1953) Ordinance 1954, (No. 35 of
1954) for the year ended the 31st day of December, 1953.

Enacted by the Legislature of Saint Vincent.


1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supplementary
Appropriation (1953) Ordinance, 1955.

2. The sum set forth in the Schedule hereto amounting to
six thousand one hundred and seventy-nine dollars and drawn
from the Public Treasury for the service of the Colony for the
year ended thie thirty-first day of December one thousand nine
hundred and fifty-three under the Warrant of the Governor,
in addition to the sums granted by the Appropriation (1953)
Ordinance, 1952, and the Supplementary Appropriation (1953)
Ordinance, 1954, are hereby declared to have been lawfully ex-
pended for tke services mentioned in the said Schedule.
