VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR.
It is notified for general information that His Excellency
Edward Betham Beetham, K.C.M.G., C.V.O., O.B.E., Governor
and Commander-in-Chief, Windward Islands, arrived in the Col-
ony from Grenada by air at 9.45 a.m. yesterday, on an official
visit and returned the same day, by air, at 4 p.m.
During His IHxcellency's absence from Grenada, Mr. Louis
Cools-Lartigue, O.B.E., Chief Secretary, Windward Islands, was
appointed Governor's Deputy.

ENQUIRY INTO LOSS OF SCHOONER EUGENIA A 1."
Under the provisions of Section 7 of the Wrecks Ordinance,
Cap. 204, a formal enquiry into the loss of the Schooner "Eugenia
A II." will be held at the Court House, Kingstown, at 9.30 a.m.
on Tuesday 25th January, 1955.
Any persons wishing to give evidence at this enquiry are re-
requested to send in their names in advance to the Magistrate's-
Office, Kingstown, and to attend at the time and place above men-
tioned.
