With reference to Government Notice No. 521 of 28th October,
1950, His Excellency. the Governor, Brigadier Sir R. D. H. Arundell,
K.C.M.G., O.B.E., accompanied by his A.D.C., arrived in the Colony
by the C.N.S. Lady Rodney" on the afternoon of 8th November.
