VISIT OF ADMINISTRATOR TO TRINIDAD.
His Honour WALTER FLEMING COUTTS, M.B.E., Administrator, St. Vincent
and Mrs. Coutts, left the Colony at 2.15 p.m. today by air for Trinidad to attend,
as guests of the Trinidad Government, the opening ceremony of the new Trinidad
(P.F. 462).

PERCIVAL CECIL LEWIS, Crown Attorney, Senior Resident Member of the
Executive Council, has this day taken the prescribed Oaths and, in accordance
with the provisions of Article 15 of the Windward Islands Letters Patent bearing
date 13th November, 1936, as amended by the Windward Islands Letters Patent
bearing date 11th May, 1945, assumed the Administration of the Government of
St. Vincent.
Mr. Lewis will also perform the duties of his substantive post.

Legislative Council on 20th October, 1950.
Mr. McIntosh proposes to return to St. Vincent on 24th October.
