ASSISTANT TRADE COMMISSIONER
(STUDENTS) FOR THE BRITISH
West INDIES, BRITISH GUIANA

CANADA
at an annual salary in the scale
$3,600 x 150—$4,800 Can. plus a
house allowance of $1,200 Can. per
annum. Passages on assumption and
termination of appointment for the
Assistant Trade Commissioner and
family up to five in all from the

The post does not at present carry
pension or superannuation rights.
The appointment will be for a period

ments informed of educational devel-
opments in North America and keep
students in touch with employment
opportunities in the West Indies.
5. The Officer will be responsible
to British Caribbean Governments for
the execution of his duties but in the
matter of local discipline and admin-
istration, responsible to the U.K.
Colonial Attaché in Washington. He
will also be required to assist the
Colonial Attaché as occasion demands
in the execution of certain of his
routine duties relating to the West
Indies.
6. Headquarters will be in Wash-
ington under the aegis of the British
Embassy.

candidate’s education,
special qualifications and experience,
together with supporting documents

Declaration dated 6th September,
1955, made under section 3 of the
Land Acquisition Act, 1944 (No.
11/1944) for the acquisition of certain
land in the Presidency of Montserrat
required for public purposes.
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED
that the Governor in Council with
the approval of the Legislative
Council of the Presidency of Mont-
serrat considers that the land
described in the Schedule hereto,
being a portion of the lands of
JAMES E. NEALE situate in the
village of Molyneux in the parish
of St. George, in the. said Presi-
dency, should be acquired for publie
purposes, namely, for the erection
of a clinic in the said Presidency.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that lot, piece or parcel of
land being a portion of the lands of
JAMES E. NEALE situate in the
village of Molyneux, in the Parish
of St. George in the Presidency of
Montserrat, and containing ‘by
admeasurement 5489 square feet and
bounded as follows:—
On the north, measuring 121 feet,
and bounded by the public road;
On the south, measuring 117 feet,
