Merchants and Shopkeepers are hereby
notified that there has been a change in
the method of distribution of the above
Government bulk ordered goods.
As from the next consignment this
Department shall issue Purchase Order
No. 18

Slips ONLY to merchants and Shopkeepers
who were prewar importers of these com-
modities or are holders of an Importers
Licence. All others shall obtain their
quotas from appointed distributors, a list
of which is given below.
Each of these distributors has been
given a list of shops to which he is to sell,
copies of which may be seen at this Office
or at your nearest Police Station.
