NOTICE

Re the Estate of
SAMUEL SYLVANUS BOYCE
deceased
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all
persons having any debt or claim upon or
affecting the Estate of Samuel Sylvanus
Boyce late of Bay Street in the parish of
Saint Michael in this Island, deceased, who
died in the said Island on the 20th day of
May 1968, are hereby requested to send
particulars of their claims duly attested to
Archibald Conrad Barrow and Norman
Alfred Barrow, Executors of the Will of the
said Samuel Sylvanus Boyce, deceased, c/o
Yearwood & Boyce, No. 14 James Street,
Bridgetown, Solicitors, on or before the 30th
day of September 1969, after which date we
shall proceed to distribute the assets of the
estate among the parties entitled thereto
having regard to the debts and claims only of
which we shall then have had notice; and that
we shall not be liable for assets so distribut-
ed to any person of whose debt or claim we
shall not have had notice at the time of such
distribution.

And all persons indebted to the said es-
tate are requested to settle their accounts
without delay.

pears to the Minister responsible for Lands
that the parcel of Land described in the Sche-
dule hereto and situate in the parish of Saint
Joseph is likely to be needed for purposes
which in the opinion of the Minister are pub-
lic purposes: namely, for the purpose of
construction of a school.

this Island and containing by estimation 7
Acres or thereabouts Abutting and Bounding
on lands of Clement Rock Plantation on other
lands of Lammings Plantation and on the pub-

UNDER SECTION (4)(1)(c)OF THE MIS-
CELLANEOUS CONTROLS ACT, 1958

This Order may be cited as the Miscellaneous
Controls (Control of Prices) (Amendment) (No. 8)
Order, 1969.
2. The Schedule to the Control of Prices (Defence)
Order, 1942 as contained in the Miscellaneous Con-
trols (Control of Prices) (Amendment) (No. 12) Order,
1966 is hereby further amended by deleting all the
words occurring in the columns marked "WHOLESALE
PRICE" and "RETAIL PRICE" in respect of the
Article CORNMEAL "Golden Arrow" and substi-
tuting therefore the following:-
