CLOTHS) ORDER, 1969
The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred
on him by section 4 of the Industrial Incentives Act,
1963, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Declaration
of Approved Enterprise (Riga Limited) (Neckties,
Sheets, Pillow Cases, Handkerchiefs, Scarves, Nap-
kins, Table Cloths, Table Mats, Coasters, Souvenir
Articles in Plastic and Fabric, Towels and Polish
Cloths) Order, 1969.
2. Riga Limited, a company registered under the
Companies Act, 1910, is hereby declared to be an ap-
proved enterprise for the purposes of the Industrial
Incentives Act, 1963, in relation to a factory situated
at Newton in the parish of Christ Church and to the
products of manufacture, namely -
(a) neckties which were declared to be ap-
proved products by the Industrial Incen-
tives (Approved Products) (Neckties)
Order, 1964;

clared to be approved products by the
Industrial Incentives (Approved Products)

towels and polish cloths which were de-
clared to be approved products by the Indus-
trial Incentives (Approved Products)
(Napkins, Table Cloths, Table Mats,
Coasters, Souvenir Articles in Plastic and
Fabric, Towels and Polish Cloths) Order,
1968.
3. The date on which production of the approved
products is deemed to begin at the factory aforesaid
for the purposes of the Act is declared to be 1st May,
1969.
