Notice is hereby given that Income Tax Return forms for the year
of income 1968 to be filed by:-

(b) Partnerships, jointventures, trusts, and estates of deceased per-
sons

are now available at the Inland Revenue Department, Treasury Building,
Bridge Street.

2. A further notice will be placed in the daily newspaper when re-
turn forms to be filed by individuals are ready for distribution.

3. Old type return forms (with figures for Year of Assessment
amended to 1969) are not suitable for the 1968 year of income and taxpayers
are specifically requested not to use them.

4. Income tax returns must be delivered to me on or before 30th

RULES, 1969
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by
section 24(2) of the Police Act, 1961, the Commission-
er of Police with the approval of the Minister of Home
Affairs, hereby makes the following Rules:-
1. These Rules may be cited as the Traffic Con-
trol (Attendance of the Governor-General of Canada at
the Maple Leaf Ball, Marine Hotel) Rules, 1969.
2. These Rules are made for the control of
traffic on the occasion of the attendance of the
Governor-General of Canada at the Maple Leaf Ball,
Marine Hotel -on- the 22nd day of February, 1969 or
any date to which the said function might be changed.
3 ,.n these Rules "the route" means the follow-
ing route, namely, Pine Road, Culloden Road, Dal-
keith Road, Garrison Road, Hastings Road, Balmoral
Gap.
4.. Between the hours of 9.30 p.m. and 11.30
p.m. on the 22nd day of February, 1969 or any date
to which the said function might be changed, the
driver or rider of any vehicle on the route which is
stopped by any member of the Royal Barbados Police
Force in uniform, shall cause it to remain stationary

4. Between the hours of 12.25 p.m. and 1.30 p.m.
on the 26th day of February, 1969 or any date to which

be changed, the driver or rider of any vehicle on the
route which is stopped by any member of the Royal
Barbados Police Force in uniform, shall cause it to
remain stationary until the Governor-General's Pro-

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by sec-
tion 24(2) of the Police Act, 1961, the Commissioner
of Police with the approval of the Minister of Home
Affairs, hereby makes the following Rules:-
1. These Rules may be cited as the Traffic Con-
trol (Governor-General's State Dinner and Reception
at Government House) Rules, 1969.
2. These Rules are made for the control of traffic
on the occasion of the State Dinner and Re ception at
Government House on the 21st day of February, 1969
or any date to which the said function might be changed.
3. In these Rules "the State Dinner" or "the
Reception" means, the Governor-General's State
Dinner and Reception at Government House on the
21st day of February, 1969 or any date to which the
said function might be changed.

4. Vehicles conveying persons to the State Dinner
and bearing the sticker "GD" will enter Government
House South Gate and park as directed by the Police.
5. Vehicles conveying persons to the Reception
and bearing the sticker "GR" will enter Government
House North Gate and park as directed by the Police.
6. Vehicles conveying persons to the Reception
and bearing the sticker "G" will approach the entrance
to Government House on Government Hill Road, set.
down their occupants at this entrance and park as di-
rected by the Police.

Road.
8. The drivers and riders of all vehicles shall
comply with these Rules and any order given by a mem-
ber of the Royal Barbados police Force in uniform
and where there is inconsistency between any rule
and any such order, the latter shall prevail.
9. These Rules shall not apply to vehicles used

on the 21st day of February, 1969 or any date to
which the arrival of the Governor-General of Canada

welcome of the Governor-General of Canada will park
on the area south of the new arrival building at the
Airport. All other vehicles shall park as directed by
the Police.
7. The drivers and riders of all vehicles shall
comply with these Rules and any order given by a
member of the Royal Barbados Police Force in
uniform, and where there is inconsistency between
any rule and such order, the latter shall prevail.
8. These Rules shall not apply to vehicles used
by members of the Royal Barbados Police Force.

2. These Rules are made for the control of traffic
on the occasion of the visit of the Governor-General
of Canada to Parliament on the 24th day of February,
1969, or any date to which the said visit might be
changed.
3. In these Rules "the route" means the follow-
ing route, namely, Pine Hill Road, from Government
House to Pine Road, Belmont Road, Constitution
Road, St. Michael's Row and Trafalgar Square.
4. Between the hours of 6.00 a.m. and 12.00
noon on the 24th day of February, 1969 or any date to
which the said visit might be changed, no driver or
person in charge of any vehicle shall park such
vehicle in the Public Buildings Yard, Trafalgar
Square, Trafalgar Street, Rickett Street, Marhill
Street, Blidge Street, High Street, Palmetto Street,
Roebuck Street from its junction with Palmetto Street,

with Rickett Street to its junction with Marhill Street,
except vehicles conveying persons to the Public
Buildings and bearing the stickers marked "P" and

6. Between the hours of 10.35 a.m. and 10.50
a.m. on the 24th day of February, 1969 or any date to
which the said visit might be changed, no vehicle
shall travel on the route in a general direction from
the Public Buildings towards Government House.
7. Between the hours of 11.20 a.m. and 12.00
noon on the 24th day of February, 1969 or any date
to which the said visit might be changed, no vehicle
shall travel on the route in a general direction from
Government House towards the Public Buildings.
8. Between the Hours of 9.30 a.m. and 12.00
noon on the 24th day of February, 1969 or any date
to which the said visit might be changed, traffic will
travel on the following streets in one direction only,
namely,

(a) High Street from its junction with Swan
Street to its junction with Broad Street
in a general southerly direction only.
(b) Marhill Street from its junction with
Trafalgar Square to its junction with
Palmetto Square in a general northerly
direction only.

by the Police.

RULES 1969
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by
section 24(2) of the Police Act, 1961, the Commission-
er of Police, with the approval of the Minister of Home
Affairs, hereby makes the following Rules:-
1. These Rules may be cited as the Traffic Con-
trol (Visit to Farley Hill, Greenland and Warrens
Factory by the Governor-General of Canada) Rules,
1969.
2. These Rules are made for the control of traffic
on the occasion of the visit of the Governor-General
of Canada to Farley Hill, Greenland and Warrens
Factory on the 22nd day of February, 1969 or any
date to which such visit might be changed.

3. I n these Rules "the route" means the follow-
ing route namely Welches Road, Bridge Road, Bank
Hall Cross Road, Black Rock Road, Paynes Bay
Road, Holetown Road, Lower Carlton Road, Gibbs
Road, Road View Road, Queen Street, Church Street,
Station Hill Road, Mile and Quarter Road, Pleasant

HOTEL) RULES, 1969



In exercise of the powers conferred on him by
section 24 (2) of the Police Act, 1961, the Com-
missioner of Police with the approval of the Min-
ister of Home Affairs, hereby makes the following
Rules:-

1. These Rules may be cited as the Traffic
Control (Reception at Hilton Hotel) Rules, 1969.

2. These Rules are made for the control of
traffic on the occasion of the Reception by the
Governor-General of Canada at the Hilton Hotel on
the 25th day of February, 1969 or on any date to
which the Reception may be changed.

3. In these Rules "the route" means the fol-
lowing route, namely Pine Hill Road from Govern-
ment House to Pine Road, Pine Road, Culloden
Road, Dalkeith Road, Garrison Road, Garrison Hill
Road, Barbados Union Oil Company Road, Hilton
Hotel Road.

4. Between the hours of 5.45 p.m. and 8.30
p.m. on the 25th day of February, 1969 or on any
date to which the said Reception may be changed,

the driver or rider of any vehicle on the route
which is stopped by any member of the Royal Bar-
bados Police Force in uniform, shall cause it to
remain stationary until the Governor-General's
Procession has passed such vehicle, or until
otherwise directed by a member of the Royal Bar-
bados Police Force in uniform.

5. Vehicles conveying persons to the Recep-
tion at the Hilton Hotel and bearing the sticker
marked "HH" will park on the parking area of the
Hilton Hotel.

6. Vehicles conveying persons to the Recep-
tion at the Hilton Hotel and bearing the sticker
marked "H" will park on the Parking area of the
Barbados Union Oil Company Grounds and the area
west of the Barbados Union Oil Company.

7. The drivers and riders of all vehicles shall
comply with these Rules and any order given by a
member of the Royal Barbados Police Force in
uniform, and where there is inconsistency between
any rule and any such order the latter shall
prevail.
