In pursuance of the requirements of section
3 (2) (a) of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordi-
nance, 1950 (No. 9 of 1950) it is hereby notified
for general information that the Administrator in
Council proposes to make the undermentioned
Order under section 3 (1) of the said Ordinance.
Any person who objects to the making of such
Order shall give notice in writing of his objection
and of the grounds on which he relies in support
thereof to the Clerk to the Executive Council on
or before the 16th day of May, 1964.

2. Declaration of pioneer industry.
The manufacture of Spring-filled Foam-filled Sleep
Products is hereby declared to be a pioneer Indus-
try for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1950, and the following

are hereby declared to be pioneer products for the

City Rate for 1964

Notice is hereby given that the City
Rate Assessment List for 1964 has
been posted on the outer door of the
Treasury and at the Office of the Cen-
‘tral Board of Health, Market Street.

The rate fixed on properties North
-of the Street which joins Bennett and
Bryson Streets under an assessed
‘annual rental value of $48.00 is 5%
of $48.00 and over 74%. The rate on
all other property under an assessed
‘annual rental value of $48.00 is 10%
and of $48.00. and over 15%.

Any person who objects to any
assessment in the said list must lodge
his objection in writing with the
Secretary Central Board of Health
within fourteen days after the date of
this notice.
