an adsorptive material, then form-
ing a slurry of the resulting parti-
cles of adsorptive material in a
liquid medium compatible with the
retention of adsorbed flavoring
agent on the adsorptive material,
effecting contact between said slurry
and a carrier base in order to incor-
porate the adsorptive material, in
dispersed from throughout the car-
rier base, and drying the thus im-
pregnated carrier base to remove
the liquid slurrying medium and
any excess flavoring agent beyond
that which is adsorbed by the
adsorptive material.â€

1. Ssorr Titre. This Order may be cited as the Price
of Goods (Fish) Order, 1964.
2. Maximom Reta Prices or Fis. The prices set
out hereunder are the maximum retail prices at which the
types of fish shall be sold in the Colony—

1. Swort Tirte. These Rules may be cited as the
Income Tax (Amendment) Rules, 1964, and shall be rend as
one with the Income Tax Rules, 1946 (S. R. & O. 1946,
No. 2) as amended, hereinafter called the Principal Rules.
2. AMENDMENT oF Rote 15 (1) oF THE PrincripaL
Routes. Rule 15 (1) of the principal Rules is hereby amended
by substitating the word ‘‘certifying †for the word “ certyfy-
ingâ€
3. AMENDMENT OF Roce 16 or THE PrinciPaAL RvLEs.
Rule 16 of the Principal Rulés is hereby amended as follows:—
(a) for paragraph (A) of sub-rule (1) the following shall
be substituted :—
““(h) any person temporarily resident in the
Territory. For the purposes of this paragraph a
person shall be deemed to be temporarily resident in
the Territory whose period of residence in the
Territory since the date of his last arrival therein
does not exceed one month; and â€â€™;
(6) for the word “ proceding †appearing in sub-rule (2)
shall be substituted the word “ preceding â€â€™.
