The Aid to Pioneer Industries (Manufacture of Wearing
Apparel) Order, 1963, dated 23rd October 1963, made
by the Administrator under section 3 (1) of the Aid to
Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1950 (No. 9 of 1950).
[Gazetted 31st October, 1963]
1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid
to Pioneer Industries (Manufacture of Wearing Apparel)
Order, 1963.
2. Declaration of Wearing apparel to be a
pioneer industry. The manufacture of Wearing Apparel
is hereby declared to be a pioneer industry for the purposes of
the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1950, and the follow-
ing products-
Men's garments,
Women's garments, and
Children's garments
are hereby declared to be pioneer products for the said pur-
poses.
Made by the Administrator acting in accordance with the
advice of the Executive Council this 23rd day of October,
1963.

1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid
to Pioneer Industries (JAMES ALEXANDER SUE-A-QUAN)
Order, 1963.
2. Declaration of Pioneer Manufacturer.
JAMES ALEXANDER SUE-A-QUAN is hereby declared to be a
pioneer manufacturer for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1950, in relation to the pioneer factory
situate at Cassada Gardens in the Parish of Saint John and in
relation to the manufacture of the following pioneer product -
Wines
the manufacture of which was declared to be a pioneer industry
by the Aid to Pioneer Industries (Manufacture of Wines)
Order, 1962 (S.R. & 0. 1962, No. 23); and the production day
of the said pioneer factory in relation to the abovementioned
pioneer product is declared to be the 1st day of December,
1964.
Made by the Administrator acting in accordance with the
advice of the Executive Council this 16th day of October,
1963.
