ORDINANCE, 1950.

NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of subsec-
tion (2) of section 3 of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1950, notice is hereby given
that, subject to the consideration of any objections
which may be received by him pursuant to this
notice, the. Administrator in Council proposes,
under subsection (1) of section 3 of the said
Ordinance, to make an order in the form set out in
the Schedule hereto. |

2. Any person who objects to the making of
such order. is. hereby invited to give notice in
writing of his objection and of the grounds on
which he relies in support thereof to the Clerk of
the Executive Council on or before the 31st day of
October, 1963.

dated , made by the Administrator in

council under section 3 (1) of the aid to Pioneer Indus-
tries Ordinance, 1951 (No. 3 of 1951).

[ Gazetted ]

1. This Order may be cited as the Aid to
Pioneer Industries (Meat Processing) Order, 1963.

2. Meat Processing is hereby declared to be
a pioneer industry for the purposes of the Aid to
Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1950, and sausages,
hams, lard from pork fat, bacon are hereby declared
to be pioneer products for the said purposes.

Industries Ordinance, 1950, notice is hereby given
that, subject to the consideration of any objections
which may be received by him pursuant to this
notice, the. Administrator in Council proposes,
under subsection (1) of section 3 of the said
Ordinance, to make an order in the form set out in
the Schedule hereto. |

2. Any person who objects to the making of
such order. is. hereby invited to give notice in
writing of his objection and of the grounds on
which he relies in support thereof to the Clerk of

tries Ordinance, 1951 (No. 3 of 1951).

1. This Order may be cited as the Aid to
Pioneer Industries (Meat Processing) Order, 1963.

2. Meat Processing is hereby declared to be
a pioneer industry for the purposes of the Aid to
Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1950, and sausages,
hams, lard from pork fat, bacon are hereby declared
to be pioneer products for the said purposes.
