The Aid to Pioneer Industries (Antigua Can Company
Limited) Order, 1963, dated 2nd October, 1963, made
by the Administrator under section 4(1) of the Aid to
Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1950 (No. 9 of 1950).

.1. Short title. This Order may be cited us the Aid
to Pioneer Industries (Antigua Can Company Limited) Order,
1963.
2. Declaration of Pioneer Manufacturer.
Antigua Can Company Limited is hereby declared to be a pio-.
neer manufacturer for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1950, in relation to the pioneer factory
situate on the Cemetery Road in the City of Saint John and
in relation to the manufacture of the following pioneer
products-
Canned solid and liquid substances for commercial
purposes, that is to say, Beer, Malt liquor. Soap
and Detergents,
the manufacture of which was declared to be a pioneer industry
by the Aid to Pioneer Industries (Canning) Order, 1963
(SR. & 0. 1963 No. 6) and the production day of the said
Antigua Can Company Limited in relation to the abovemen-
tioned pioneer products is declared to be the 1st day of August,
1965.
