The Cuban Monographs Collection includes materials on Cuba’s colonial past, efforts for self-governance, slavery, nationalism, foreign investment, crime, women’s rights, spirituality, popular culture and human rights. This collection is growing in collaboration with international partners who are working to identify and digitize Cuban monographs for which we have the right/permission to reproduce and provide public access. The scope includes all monographs published in Cuba, as well as the publications of important Cuban intellectuals published outside of Cuba. Cuban monographs also are available in the Cuban Thinkers & Intellectual Leaders digital collection and the Cuban Law digital collection.
